And a scene just popped up in my head: one day in the future, around God&#039;s throne Jeff introduces some of your Taiwanese friends to me, telling them &quot;this is Michael, the Taiwanese who liked all our 蛋餅 pictures as he missed Taiwanese food much when studying in SBTS&quot; :-P</description>

I wasn&#039;t able to make it home either...but enjoyed a nice meal with a sweet family God&#039;s placed in my life here in Louisville.  Looking forward to Christmas and time with the family!
